Clean layouts, consistent hierarchy, and focused visual direction.
UI Design Portfolio
I'm Yoseph Fetene, a developer and UI designer, and a 3rd year Computer Science student at American College of Technology. I design interfaces for web and mobile, with attention to structure, readability, and visual clarity.
Clean layouts, consistent hierarchy, and focused visual direction.
Design decisions shaped by responsive behavior and practical implementation.
Typography, spacing, and structure that stay readable across screen sizes.
Projects
01 / Web UI
A furniture e-commerce landing page that uses strong hierarchy, warm tones, and product-led sections to present the brand clearly.
02 / Mobile UI
A mobile music player focused on artwork, playback controls, and an immersive dark interface for listening.
03 / Mobile UI
A reading-focused mobile concept with a quiet monochrome style and a strong entry screen centered on content discovery.
04 / Editorial Concept
A newspaper-inspired 404 concept that uses collage, headlines, and editorial composition to turn an error page into a branded moment.
About
My work is driven by clean structure, readable interfaces, and visual systems that feel intentional instead of generic. I enjoy designing products that are both expressive and practical.
As a developer, I think about spacing systems, responsive behavior, components, and how a design will actually behave once it becomes code.
Process
I start by clarifying the audience, the content, and the main user action the screen should support.
I organize layout, typography, and spacing so the interface reads quickly and feels balanced.
I shape color, imagery, and component styling until the product feels distinctive and coherent.
